• Island Condos apartment is affiliated with Bay Atlantic University and is ideally situated close to the metro and within walking distance of bus stops.
• Apartments come furnished, with large living rooms and fully functional kitchens. In addition, the building provides balconies, cable TV, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer inside each unit.
• TYPE A & B DOUBLE ROOM- Up to two people may occupy the double rooms. It features a private bathroom, a closet for two people, two nightstands and workstations with cable outlets, and two daybeds with drawers for additional storage.
• TYPE A & B TRIPLE ROOM- Up to three people may stay in one of our triple rooms. There are three daybeds in it.
