City University Of New York, Queens College

“DscimusutServiamus: We learn so that we may serve”. It is with these words that the foundation stone of Queens College were laid and this also became the motto of Queens College. Moreover, Queens College was established as the “college of the future”.It has only recently become the part of the City University of New York (CUNY).
The college offers a good mix of research and practice, with the aim of critical thinking. It also offers a good mix of modern technologies and information resources along with enabling its students to address complex problems and push them to explore the various cultures. Queen College is also the only CUNY College that participates in Division II sporting competitions.
