Transportation in the city

The bus is the primary means of transportation for the locals. There is also a rail system in New York City that is extremely convenient. The rail and bus system is known as MTA New York City Transit and is run by Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Newark Airport and New York City have a shuttle service every 15 minutes, the fare being $12 (992 INR) for one adult.
