Niagara College is a popular public college of applied arts and technology situated Within the Niagara Region and the city of Toronto in Southern Ontario, Canada. In order to give students additional career-focused courses, Niagara College was established in Welland in 1967. This was the first institution in Canada to provide courses in winemaking and brewing.

The Niagara College Courses are offered in the areas of hospitality, business, management studies, culinary studies, and tourism. The college offers more than 100 post-secondary diplomas, baccalaureate degrees, and advanced level programs to its 9,000 full-time students, including more than 4000 international students from 60+ countries.

  • Students can submit an application for on-campus housing after successfully passing Niagara College's admission standards and receiving an offer of admission.
  • Additionally, accommodation and launching pad options are available to overseas students.
  • Homestay allows students to live with a Canadian family; as an alternative, safe housing is provided for 30 days as a launching pad. Two meals per day will be provided for them at home.

A wide range of services are provided to support industry innovation and the commercialization of innovative goods and procedures by the Canadian Food & Wine Institute Innovation Centre team at Niagara College. In order to identify problems that require immediate solutions, the Canadian Food and Wine Institute Innovation Centre collaborates closely with commercial, industrial, and community partners. Skilled student and faculty teams assist neighborhood businesses and community organizations through applied research projects in overcoming obstacles, developing, testing, or simulating new goods or processes, and becoming more inventive.
