  • Choose Implementation for Graduation from the drop-down menu below the Academics section. Before applying, make sure to read all of the information.
  • Once your application has been approved and signed by your advisor, your advisor is responsible for submitting it to the Office of the Chair/Director of your major.
  • Once the Chair/Director of your major has approved your degree application, it will be sent to the Head Office of Degree Progress for the final signature, and the students will be emailed a prelim audit.

University of Southern Mississippi Application fee- Before any action is taken on a student's application for admission, a non-refundable 45 USD (3,500 INR) application fee is required of all applicants. Transportation in the city

There are various ways to get to the University of Southern Mississippi, including opting for the bus, train, walking, or renting a motorcycle. The local city has an efficient and well-developed public transportation system. The Transportation Services Division, also known as Motor Pool, is responsible for repairing and regularly maintaining hundreds of fleet automobiles and golf carts used by various university entities. Transportation Services is also in charge of heavy equipment maintenance, parking lot repair, new sidewalk construction and excavation, drainage, storm drain repairs, and the construction of ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk ramps. The Transportation Services Division also operates and maintains a fuel dispatching station. The primary goal is to provide fuel and lubricants to the University's motor vehicle fleet as departmental service. Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., gas is distributed at the motor pool pumps
