The University essentially believes in providing a noteworthy student life to students. An average student spends only 15 hours in classes at Tufts. There are over 25 resident halls that Tuft University offers of which eleven are for first-year students. The Resident halls are well-furnished and ready to move in for students. The rooms are usually double or triple sharing. However, that depends upon the resident hall the student opts for. The University provides multiple research opportunities to students. It has over sixty-five Research centres across its campus. While over 383 million USD research grant has been sponsored for the academic year 2020-21. Undergraduate Students are encouraged to take part in research activities. The Anne E. Borghesani Memorial Prize is awarded to students of the second semester who undertake research projects or internships. Other programs include the Global Research Assistant Program, Summer Scholars Program, and Sadler Research program

Tufts University encourages students to work in both profit and non-profit organisations. The Tufts Career Center notifies students about internship opportunities through Handshake. Moreover, it conducts an annual spring and fall fair where more than one-fifty employers are invited to provide internship and job opportunities to students. Tuft Career Services also offers students Summer Internship grants of around 4000 USD. Moreover, there are around seven career communities that are created to provide students with a wide array of opportunities.

For dentistry, it was the highest at 91000 USD. While it was lowest for English literature graduates at 30000 USD.
