University of San Francisco

There are lots of ways to get to the University of San Francisco, including taking the bus, train, walking, or leasing a motorcycle. The University of San Francisco has approximately 600 on-campus parking spaces and offers a variety of commuter incentive programs and community services. Undergraduate students at the University of San Francisco receive discounted SF Muni goes for the fall and spring semesters. The Muni bus lines 5-Fulton and 31-Balboa directly correspond to the campus of the University of San Francisco. There are a number of decks on the USF campus that are easily accessible.

• The central campus of the University of San Francisco is located in the heart of San Francisco, between two plots known as Lone Mountain and Lower Campus. 

• The main campus, also recognized as the Hilltop Campus, is home to five schools.

• Aside from the main campus, the University has several other campuses.

• The University of San Francisco Library services have extensive collections of books, journal articles, research materials, and other materials. The University has two libraries: the Gleeson Library and the Dorraine Zief Law Library.

• The University of San Francisco has 20 club sports, such as rugby, swimming, ultimate frisbee, and taekwondo; a thriving intramural program with league teams ranging from basketball to kickball to soccer; and a thriving intramural program.

• Basic Needs allows students to interact with critical on- and off-campus resources, as well as educational opportunities for them to take personal responsibility for their own health.
• Student Life exists to support and promote the activities of UCSF student organizations.

• Such visible services help student governments achieve their goals, foster the development of student leadership skills, and contribute to the growth of a diversified and welcoming community in which students feel at home.

• Student Veteran and Military Support Services at UCSF provide a supportive community, mentor - mentee opportunities, information on educational benefits, and tools to help veterans and military-affiliated students succeed both academically and personally.

USF has one off-campus residence hall and six on-campus halls of residence, as well as five living-learning communities. The university provides housing for disabled students through the Student Disability Services (SDS). However, whether students live on campus or elsewhere in the community is entirely up to them.

• Students must first offer up a service request to the SDS office. The eligibility process is detailed on the SDS website.

• The parameters mentioned above also include submitting documentation and scheduling an intake consultation with an SDS Specialist.

• Students who require housing for their on-campus housing must also have applied for housing.

• The housing application should be finished based on the student's university classification.
• However at school, 34% of students live in university-owned, -operated, or -affiliated housing, while 66% live off campus.
