• The University of St. Francis Challenge Center, primarily for Team Building and Leadership Development, hosts cooperative games, problem-solving activities, and team scavenger hunts, among a few. 
• The Regional Education Academy for Leadership (REAL) at the university offers professional development opportunities through programs and graduate courses that are challenging, and research-based instructional strategies.

The university offers accommodation through its three residential halls- Tower Hall, Motherhouse, and Marian Hall. The residential halls are available in the form of traditional housing and suite-style, suitable for all students. 

• For freshmen and sophomores, Marian Hall offers double-occupancy rooms with select singles and triples available. Amenities of this residence include configurable dorm room furniture, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and sink, a game room, an entertainment room, and mailboxes in the main lobby. All floors of the Marian Hall are equipped with social lounges with flat-screen TVs, microwaves, plush seating, a computer lab/study lounge with computers and printers, a laundry room, and community bathrooms on each wing.

• For undergraduate and graduate students, Tower Hall offers single occupancy with a select number of suites. Amenities of this residence include single, double, and triple rooms, a computer lab, a social lounge with a big-screen TV, VCR, and plush seating, a laundry room, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator, and vending machines, mailboxes and community bathrooms on every floor. 

For undergraduate and graduate students, Motherhouse offers single and double occupancy with a select number of suites and apartments. Being the only residency that offers central air conditioning, the Motherhouse offers amenities like apartments and suites with private bathrooms, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, Fireside Lounge which has flat-screen TVs as well as an electric fireplace, game room laundry rooms, computer labs on every wing and community bathrooms for each wing.
