The University Of Washington has various public transportation services including bikes, carpool, cargo, zip cars, etc. Students can use the easiest bus route from Downtown, Capitol Hill, and Rainier Valley to reach the campus at affordable prices.


Services offered by the university

  • Paccar Hall and Dempsey Hall of the university form the heart of the Seattle campus of Foster school. It comprises the headquarters for the dean’s office including MBA and undergraduate offices, student team rooms, career centers, classrooms, executive forums, etc. buildings, centers, and halls.
  • Founders Hall is funded entirely by private gifts from leadership donors. The building is one of the greenest buildings on the University of Washington campus which is designed to attain a 79% reduction in energy consumption over the next 60 years.
  • The Foster Business Library is easily accessible from Paccar.
  • Mackenzie Hall is the Chair of the Department of Accounting which includes offices of the Foster school's consulting & business development center, the center for leadership and strategy, the global business center, and the foster school advancement and alumni teams. 
  • The Bank of America Executive Education Center houses the classrooms and lounge spaces for Executive education including the Executive MBA programs for the Foster School of Business.

Student life

The  campus comprises six buildings. The five buildings of the university are located in Seattle, Washington, and the remaining one in Kirkland, Washington.

  • The students can join over 1,000 registered student organizations including "Out in Business'' which places MBA students to be "leaders of LGBTQ and inclusion" in business. There is a global business association that enhances the understanding of cross-border and cross-cultural business. 
  • The Business ethics association spotlights the importance of ethical business practices and the business impact group works with the consulting & business development center to develop tactical strategies for small businesses.
  • There is also an Asian Business Student Association and a Diversity in a Business student organization in the MBA program the Foster.
