Student Service: Members may assemble, connect, study, and enjoy a feeling of community at the Bryan Williams, M.D. Student Center, which has 43,000 square feet of fitness and recreation activities. The facility employs approximately 150 student staff members and is open to members for more than 100 hours each week. The Student Center's mission is to help students become more balanced, active, and compassionate by educating, informing, and inspiring them.

Library Service: U.T. Southwestern's archives, artifacts, history of medical periodicals and monographs, and rare materials are housed at Special Collections & Archives. The Special Resources and Archives at U.T. Southwestern promotes teaching and research by utilizing these unique collections.

The top level of college athletics is intercollegiate athletics. It is an athletic competition that can be very competitive. The NCAA oversees intercollegiate athletics. Teams that the University backs compete against members of other teams and universities. Club sports are unregulated.


On campus accomodation

Southwestern University's campus is 700 acres in size. The school offers a variety of amenities, including patrols 24 hours a day, health services, on-campus housing, and a career center.

  • Swimming pools and shooting baskets are available at recreation centers.
  • In the university observatory, there will be a live concert and stargazing.
  • More than half of students volunteer on campus as part of their civic involvement. The scholars have donated over 9,500 hours to over 100 local organizations each year.

More than three-quarters of the scholars reside on-campus. The University provides on-campus residence in 11 residential halls.

  • Additionally, the Health Sciences Digital Library and Learning Center houses a collection of resources for medical researchers and clinicians. In the North UT Southwestern Medical Center Campus, the library has a tiny branch.
