Wentworth Institute of Technology makes it mandatory for the students to complete two co-ops or co-operative education experiences. The recruitment for the same is conducted thrice a year, and each student is required to spend at least 30 hours for work in a week. WIT also provides support to 4 inclusive programs, namely, the Go Green Recycling Program, Ground Crew, Facilities Training Program, and Laundry Service Crew.
