The Transportation Department of WNE provides and maintains a modern fleet of vans and automobiles that students, staff, and faculty can use for administrative and academic use. However, University vehicles are only used for university-related activities and for local travel with the maximum distance of travel being 100 miles.

On campus accomodation

WNE provides sprawling residence halls, single rooms, standard rooms, and the like. Premium rooms are also available. Suites are additionally offered to freshmen. It is a mandate for every freshman and sophomore in WNE to live on campus for the first two years. Estimated costs for around 4 years would be USD 71,400 (INR 54,82,341), and for 2 years would be $35,242 (INR 27,06,004).

WNE is currently providing Premium Single Room for the 2021-2022 academic year which is 30% higher than the standard academic rate. It is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. For members of Honors programmes WNE provides Honors Housing located in the LaRiviere Center to incoming first-year students to enable them to live amongst like-minded people. The rate however is higher than standard living rooms. These Learning Interest Community rooms are suites where 6 or 8 occupants can comfortably live. Each suite consists of two private bathrooms and a comfortable living room.
